By measuring, the most accurate way:
The belt size is measured from the beginning of the buckle to the hole in the middle of the belt, and corresponds to your waist size. Take this measurement on one of your currently used belts, from the beginning of the buckle to the hole you are currently using.

By consulting the indicative table of correspondences with the sizes of trousers.
